Lights Out Ventures LLC ("we") designs and builds software and hardware. This policy covers this website, lightsoutventures.com, and how we handle email you send us.

Our apps have their own policies

Each of our apps, and its website, has its own privacy policy that says exactly what that app collects, why, and who it's shared with:

What this website collects

Nothing you type in, because it has no forms or accounts. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Like any website, its hosting provider receives the technical details your browser sends with each request (your IP address, browser type, and the page requested) and may keep them in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Email you send us

If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and follow up. We delete them when you ask.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email (our hosting provider and Google Workspace), and when the law requires it.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email tom@lightsoutventures.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
